Type HGM-D High Coefficient Friction Composite Brake Shoe

Type HGM-D High Coefficient Friction Composite Brake Shoe

Type HGM-D composite brake shoe for freight train has high friction, it is composed of two parts: steel backbone and compound materials, there is a heat radiation groove in the middle of brake shoe.
Steel Supporter –it is made of steel sheet with more than 4mm thickness(Q235-A, GB/T 700).The outside radius of steel supporter is R450mm with 8 φ16mm stamped holes.
Compound Materials –it is the brake shoe’s friction entity, it is mainly composed of rubber and resin, as well as few friction regulating preparation and filling materials. Its appearance is somber black.
Radiating Groove – Its function is heat radiation and drain contamination, at the same time, it also can meet the working condition of wheel tread arch.
HGM-D high friction compound brake shoe adopt automatic material delivery system and automatic production line; it can meet the freight train’s braking requirement of 23~25t axle loading, 70t~120t freight loading and 90km/h~140km/h speed. It owns advanced formula and stable braking performance, as well as low abrasion loss and long product lifetime; The abrasion loss to wheel is small , and it has no scratch and heat crack. It also has good self-cleaning performance, can effectively limit the metal inlaying; It strengthens cohesive performance and dynamical performance; All these improves the train’s inspection efficiency and train’s turn round rate.   Advanced formula, stable braking performance, low abrasion loss, long service time, non scratch, heat crack performance.

1)、Max. dimension is 352mm length, 86mm wide, 45mm thickness. Applicable train wheel diameter 840mm.
2)、Physical, dynamical performance, and braking friction performance can meet the H type brake shoe’s requirement of TB/T 2403-2010.
3)、Cohesion strength can meet the requirement of TB/T 2403-2010.
