High Speed Type WJ-7 Fastener System

WJ-7 fastener system for ballastless railway’s sleeper without pre-casting concrete shoulder; Which is composed of T type screw bolt, nut, flat gasket, clips(W1 type and X2 type), insulated block, iron pad, insulated buffer plate, under rail plate(rubber pad and composite plate), anchor bolt, heavy spring gasket, flat plate block and pre-inset bushing with pre-stressing force concrete shoulder. The height adjustment of steel rail can be achieved with height adjustable plate(under rail adjustable plate and under iron plate adjustable plate).
WJ – 7 fastener system is used for 60kg/m steel rail ballastless track:
1)Design for 350km/h high speed railway with Max. axle loading weight 170KN;
2)Design for 250km/h high speed railway with Max. bear weight 170KN, alternative for conventional passenger train with loco Max. axle loading weight 230kN, as well as few freight train with Max. bear weight 230KN.
3)Design for 200km/h class Intercity Railway with Max. axle loading weight 170kN.




1)、Clamping force per rail seat≥18KN, small resistance configuration clamping force≥7kN;
2)、Each rail seat’s longitudinal resistance is more than 9KN, small resistance steel rail configuration buckle longitudinal resistance≥4kN;
3)、Fastener system should be in good condition after bearing 3 million times loading circulation, the gauge expansion should be less than 6mm;
4)、System elasticity:  A type elastic plate static rigidity is 35 kN/mm, Type B elastic plate static rigidity is 25kN/mm, innovative static ratio should be less than 1.5;
5)、Gauge insulated electric resistance should be bigger than 3 Ω•km, meeting the insulated electric resistance requirement of track circuit.
6)、 Fastener passes the 300h corrosion test under the regulation of EN 13146-6, it can be dismantled by manual tools.
7)、Single rail left-right adjustment: -6~+6 mm,gauge adjustment:-12~+12 mm;
Steel rail height adjustment variation: -4~+26mm;
8)、Pre-inset iron shoulder anti-pulling strength should be no less than 100kN.
